Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at Blissful Acres, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective homebuyers and channel partners. You will own the complete sales lifecycle—from qualifying high-intent inquiries and presenting site master plans to conducting weekend walkthroughs and closing unit bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Operations & Client Pitching: Lead client site visits, present project master plans, villa floor plans, unit specifications, and world-class amenities with complete authority.
Pipeline Management & Conversions: Engage directly with warm leads, drive prompt follow-ups, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Channel Partner (CP) Network: Build and leverage strong relationships with channel partners, and wealth management advisors to keep a steady flow of prospective buyers coming to the site.
End-to-End Closing: Handle buyer negotiations,



pricing discussions, payment plans, and coordination with CRM/legal teams for booking paperwork.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of regional real estate trends, competitor offerings, infrastructure announcements, and pricing movements to position Blissful Acres projects effectively.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity logs, lead statuses, site visit metrics, and pipeline forecasts in our CRM.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3 to 6+ years of proven real estate direct sales experience with reputable developers or luxury residential brands.
Weekend Availability: Willingness and flexibility to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays, with designated mid-week days off.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and regional languages (Kannada / Hindi is a robust advantage).
