We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and resilient
Operations Associate

As the central "Control Tower" of our internal operations, you will serve as the single point of contact for tracking operational bottlenecks, streamlining inventory management, supporting talent screening, and keeping systems organized and reliable. If you are a high-energy learner who naturally takes initiative and enjoys turning chaos into order, this role offers rapid exposure and high-impact ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Systems
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile counts against digital logs.
Monitor incoming materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or wastage.
Build,
maintain, and upgrade tracking sheets/software to ensure inventory accuracy.
Identify operational gaps and implement standardized procedures (SOPs) for logging and replenishing inventory.
Internal Control Tower & Issue Resolution
Act as the single point of contact (helpdesk) for cross-functional team issues and queries.
Log, monitor, and follow up on day-to-day operational bottlenecks from discovery to resolution.
Ensure transparent communication across departments to prevent project delays or operational blind spots.
HR & Talent Support (As Needed)
Screen incoming resumes, filter candidate profiles against job requirements, and create candidate shortlists.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in organizing basic onboarding workflows and documentation for recent hires.
