Role Description
The Area Sales Manager role at KENSTAR is a full-time, in office position based in Bilaspur. The individual will oversee sales operations in the assigned territory, including managing distributors and key retail accounts, driving product placement, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and implementing promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.



The role involves regular field visits, tracking performance metrics, reporting on sales outcomes, and coordinating closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for building robust customer relationships, resolving escalations, and training and guiding the local sales team to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management, target achievement, and account management.
Experience in channel and distribution management, retail operations, and dealer relationship building.
Ability to analyze market data, monitor competition, and develop effective sales strategies and plans.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.
