Overview Of The Role
As an Associate Manager - Program Management, you will drive the day-to-day execution of client onboarding programs by coordinating multiple technical and business work streams. The role will be responsible for maintaining the overall program plan, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery cadence, and ensuring all teams remain aligned towards key milestones and go-live readiness. The role requires solid program management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the overall program plan covering multiple workstreams, milestones, owners, timelines, and dependencies.
• Track program progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact timelines or delivery.
• Prepare program status reports, dashboards, and updates for internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Track progress against key milestones and go-live readiness criteria, highlighting gaps and driving timely actions.
• Maintain a single source of truth for scope, decisions, action items, and change requests to ensure alignment across teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Development, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure execution as per plan.
• Escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and resourcing challenges to the Engagement Owner with appropriate context and recommendations.
