Position Overview

Pom Pom Auto India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist Cum Telecaller to become the face and voice of our organization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the reception desk, handling incoming and outgoing calls, communicating with customers and business associates, scheduling appointments, and supporting the company's sales and business-development activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and professionally attend to visitors, customers, and business associates.
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a polite and qualified manner.
Make follow-up calls to customers, leads, candidates, garages, and business associates.
Explain company services, products, and business opportunities clearly to prospective customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
Respond to customer enquiries through telephone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, HR, and management teams.
Maintain a skilled and organized reception area.
Support day-to-day administrative and office activities.
Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and business-support targets.

Pleasant personality and qualified appearance.
Valuable Hindi and English communication skills; Marathi will be an advantage.
Confident telephone conversation skills.
Ability to convince and professionally communicate with customers.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and WhatsApp.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
