Reporting - Marketing head- Kotak CIIB & Private Banking
Strategy development and executionfor the launch of new proposition for ONE SME and Self employed segment
Ideate, plan and execute events and programmes for new client acquisition and engagement with existing clients
Ideation and end-to-end execution of events at a national or regional level
Develop creative ideas of engaging with TG at these events
Bank events like Maroon 5, Guns n Roses etc
360 launch
Ideate, plan and execute new product launches across all platforms- ATL, BTL
Communication campaigns
Work with cross functional teams to drive marketing campaigns to meet business objectives (both internal and external)
Content creation - video content/podcast /static etc to drive product campaigns
Awards, Media & PR
build visibility of leaders through media and PR - Ensure consistent media coverage for key stakeholders identified
Liaise with PR team to drive launch and coverage for specific launches, events etc
Liaise with group marketing team and coordinate w.r.t award entries submission,



report submissions etc and amplification of awards won - internal and external, social
Lead the digital & social initiatives
Lead all digital projects w.r.t creation of new portals, app development, website, NB, MB, WA banking etc
Launch and ongoing maintenance/sustenance campaigns
Drive SEO, SEM, performance marketing campaigns
Manage & update content regularly across all platforms
Timely budgeting process, expense tracking and vendor payments

Skills required
Creative bent of mind/able to ideate innovatively
End to end campaign & event execution skills
Sound marketing fundamentals
Strong interpersonal skills
Fluency and command over English
Basic IT skills
Ability to multi-task, robust sense of urgency of timelines (agility), demonstrable desire to work hard and accept new challenges, strong work ethic, effective people skills and the ability to work in a diverse team
Understanding of financial markets is at best an advantage. It is by no means a requirement. Greater value is placed on willingness to learn, creativity, people skills and a robust work ethic
