Job Overview

We are looking for a PPMC DC Confirmation Executive to manage Pre-Policy Medical Check-up (PPMC) package confirmations, appointment coordination, and communication with hospitals and diagnostic centres.

The role involves regular voice-based coordination with healthcare partners, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and client teams to ensure timely confirmation of medical packages, costing, test requirements, and appointment slots.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with hospitals and diagnostic centres for Pre-Policy Medical Check-ups (PPMC).
Confirm medical packages, tests, pricing/costing, availability, and appointment slots.
Handle regular voice-based communication with hospitals, diagnostic centres, healthcare partners, and clients.
Coordinate PPMC requirements related to medical tests, packages, appointments, and availability.




Follow up with hospitals and diagnostic centres for pending confirmations.
Maintain accurate records of package details, costing, appointment dates/times, and confirmations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of PPMC activities.
Resolve basic coordination issues and escalate discrepancies to the concerned team.
Maintain proper records of partner/client communication and follow-ups.
Ensure timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain skilled relationships with healthcare partners and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare operations, healthcare calling, hospital coordination, diagnostic centre coordination, or a similar role.
Candidates from Healthcare / Hospitals / Diagnostics will be preferred.
Experience in a voice process or calling-based role is preferred.
