Role Description The Sr. Sales Development Representative is a full time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and initiating conversations with prospective customers in targeted trade verticals. Day-to-day activities include researching potential accounts, conducting discovery calls, nurturing relationships,



and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline. The Sr. SDR will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems, provide feedback on market trends, and support the development of sales strategies that align with ZenTrades.AI’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to conduct discovery calls, present value propositions, and progress opportunities through the funnel.
• Candidates should possess Business Development skills to build relationships, understand customer needs, and contribute to long-term account growth.
