Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy
• Own Vedam's social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Build and execute monthly and quarterly content strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Define content pillars, formats, narratives and platform-specific strategies.
• Build a solid understanding of Vedam's audience and what makes the brand relevant to students, parents and the larger tech ecosystem.
• Track content performance and continuously improve the strategy based on audience behaviour and insights.
Storytelling & Content
• Be the storytelling brain behind Vedam's content.
• Identify engaging stories from campus, students, faculty, leadership, technology, achievements and everyday moments.
• Turn raw information, events and achievements into compelling narratives.
• Develop concepts for reels, long-form videos, student stories, founder content, campus content and brand campaigns.
• Develop and guide scripts, hooks, captions and creative narratives.




• Push the team beyond generic education-category content and build a distinctive Vedam voice.
• Stay on top of cultural moments, trends and formats that can be relevant to the brand.
Brand Building
• Help shape and strengthen Vedam's brand identity across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, visual language and storytelling.
• Work closely with leadership to translate business priorities into strong brand communication.
• Identify opportunities for brand moments, campaigns, partnerships and topical conversations.
• Build a brand that has relevance beyond admissions and promotional communication.
Team Leadership
• Lead and manage a team of social media, content, design, video and production professionals.
• Set briefs, priorities, timelines and quality benchmarks for the team.
• Review content and provide clear creative direction and feedback.
