Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, in office role based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.



Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content calendars, writing copy, coordinating with designers and video producers, and optimizing posts through SMO best practices. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to align social media activities with broader marketing goals is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong Communication and Writing abilities to craft explicit, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
