About the Role
VY Ventures is looking for an experienced Compliance & Legal Senior to manage compliance, legal documentation, risk management, audit coordination, and operational governance activities supporting the North American (NA) market.
The role requires robust knowledge of compliance processes, legal documentation, contract review, policy adherence, risk identification, audit support, and stakeholder management. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and US stakeholders to ensure regulatory, contractual, and organizational compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day compliance and legal support activities for the organization.
• Review and maintain contracts, agreements, legal documents, and compliance records.
• Support contract review, documentation, renewals,



amendments, and compliance tracking.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, contractual obligations, and compliance standards.
• Identify potential compliance gaps, legal risks, and operational risks and escalate them appropriately.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties on legal and compliance-related matters.
• Support internal and external audits, including documentation, evidence collection, and audit responses.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, compliance documents, policies, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance timelines, renewals, obligations, and required actions.
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Handle qualified email communication and follow-ups with clients, vendors, legal teams, and US stakeholders.
• Support negotiations and discussions related to contracts
