Position Summary

The Senior - ServiceNow Developer plays a key role in the development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions supporting healthcare systems. The role partners with IT, clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to design and deliver automation, service management, workflow, and integration solutions aligned with healthcare compliance requirements and ITIL practices.

This senior-level individual contributor leads technical development and implementation activities, supports robust integrations and IT process automation, and helps ensure a reliable user experience across the ServiceNow platform. The role requires advanced ServiceNow development skills, solid troubleshooting capability, stakeholder communication, and healthcare domain awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions aligned with healthcare workflows, industry standards,



and ITIL best practices.
• Develop custom applications, forms, workflows, scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow native capabilities.
• Build and configure ITSM and custom applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Request Management, CMDB, and Service Portals.
• Support Event Management and Discovery capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

Integrations, Compliance & Platform Support

• Develop integrations with third-party and enterprise systems using Integration Hub, APIs, LDAP, SSO, HL7 interfaces, or other middleware.
• Implement solutions aligned with HIPAA, HL7, patient confidentiality, data security, and applicable organizational standards.
• Maintain and support ServiceNow solutions, perform root cause analysis, resolve technical issues, and identify continuous process improvements.

Delivery & Stakeholder Partnership
