Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Ceipal implementation and configuration
• Automate timesheets, payroll, contracts, and staffing workflows
• Manage employee, candidate, client, and vendor processes within Ceipal




• Configure and optimize Ceipal workflows based on business requirements
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Manage system integrations and troubleshoot technical/process issues
• Identify prospects to improve and automate US Staffing processes
• Work closely with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Operations, and Management teams
• Ensure accurate and effective data management across the platform

Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years of experience in any ATS (Preferably CEIPAL) Administration / Implementation / Configuration
• Solid experience with end-to-end Ceipal implementation
• Hands-on experience in workflow automation and system configuration
• Knowledge of US Staffing processes, including timesheets, payroll, contracts, onboarding, and employee management
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process-improvement skills
• Ability to independently manage Ceipal and drive automation initiative
