Key expectations for the role:
Drive Executive Reporting and support Run-the-Business (RTB) activities.
Collaborate effectively with HOE IT teams and support organizations.
Possess a robust understanding of end-to-end Application Operations and Production Support.
Manage Operational Governance, Service Reviews, and Stakeholder Coordination.
Lead operational initiatives, ensure service stability, and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Background:
Production Engineering / Production Support / Application Operations leadership experience.
Solid Program or Project Management experience in large enterprise settings.
Exposure to IT Operations, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Governance.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
