We are looking for an experienced Export Manager – International Business Development who can take ownership of expanding House of Pura's international customer base and opening current countries.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in dealing directly with international buyers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers and food companies, and should be capable of independently identifying prospects, developing relationships, negotiating commercial terms and converting prospects into long-term customers.

This is a sales and business development-focused export role, with a strong emphasis on new country development.

Key Responsibilities1. New Country Development
Identify and evaluate potential recent international markets for House of Pura's products.
Research market opportunities, competition, pricing, customer requirements and import regulations.
Develop a systematic pipeline of countries, customers and business opportunities.
Build entry strategies for recent countries and convert them into active markets.




Identify high-potential countries where Indian food and FMCG products have robust demand.
International Business Development
Identify and approach importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarket chains, food service companies and private-label customers.
Generate new international leads through market research, databases, exhibitions, trade platforms, referrals and direct outreach.
Conduct regular communication with international prospects through email, WhatsApp, phone and video calls.
Understand customer requirements and develop suitable product and pricing proposals.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, packaging, private-label requirements and commercial terms.
Convert enquiries into confirmed purchase orders and long-term business relationships.
International Client Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers.
Act as the primary point of contact
