Role Description The Property Consultant will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, assisting clients throughout the property buying, selling, and renting process. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting site visits, and explaining project details, pricing, and legal aspects in a clear manner. The role involves liaising with developers and owners, negotiating terms, and supporting clients in documentation and closing transactions.

Consultant will maintain accurate records of leads and interactions, follow up with prospects, and meet individual and team sales targets. The role also requires staying updated on local real estate trends, projects, and regulations to provide informed advice.

Qualifications
Solid Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to guide clients on suitable properties and investment decisions.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Proven Sales abilities, including lead conversion, negotiation, and relationship-building.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, with a proactive and target-oriented approach.
Basic understanding of property documentation, legal processes, and local market regulations is preferred.
Comfort with using online real estate platforms, CRM tools, and common office software.
Prior experience in real estate, consulting, or sales is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates may also be considered.
Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong ethical standards and integrity in client dealings.
