As a Managed Services - Fund Accounting Senior Manager you will lead managed services delivery for fund accounting activities, helping clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve process performance within our Managed Services practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large programs, shape service delivery approaches, and guide teams through complexity while using sound judgment, transparent communication, and a strategic mindset to drive results and maintain operational excellence. In this role at PwC, you will oversee transition and running services,



manage delivery teams, monitor program performance and delivery risk, and contribute to continuous improvement across tools, workflows, and service execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver robust NAV and financial reporting across assigned funds, ensuring adherence to SLA timelines, accuracy thresholds, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the client’s staff and India-based colleagues in Bengaluru
• Carry out BAU oversight across financial reporting, fund accounting, and NAV delivery
• Perform error and risk validation, analyze control failures, support remediation activities, and contribute to Risk & Compliance investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, controls, and daily BAU activities.
• Manage complex internal and external stakeholder queries.
• Solid technical expertise in private equity fund accounting, NAV oversight, and financial reporting, with knowl
