Role Description The Plant Manager – Herbal Extraction Industry is a full-time, on-site role based at our manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. This role oversees day-to-day plant operations, including herbal extraction processes, production scheduling, and coordination across manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards, and optimizing resource utilization and equipment efficiency.



The Plant Manager leads and develops plant staff, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages inventory and raw material usage, and supports current product scale-up and process validation. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on operational strategy, cost control, and capacity planning to meet customer demand and organizational goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess robust skills in Plant Management and Plant Operations, with proven experience overseeing end-to-end manufacturing activities.
