Role & responsibilities
Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Sales & Conversions: Pitch products/services effectively in Malayalam to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with hot leads to ensure maximum conversion.
Preferred candidate profile
Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any Graduate degree.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in tele sales, telecalling, or customer support. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills: Robust convincing skills, active listening, and a target-driven mindset.
Location: Must be residing in or willing to commute daily to Thuraipakkam, Chennai.
