Role Description The Sales Manager – Bajaj Life Insurance Direct Channel is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading and managing the direct sales team,



driving acquisition of new life insurance customers, and meeting sales and revenue targets through the direct channel. The Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. Daily responsibilities include coaching and engaging the team, conducting sales reviews, coordinating with marketing and operations for lead generation and process improvement, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends, providing feedback on product positioning, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
