The Senior Sales Executive will lead the Project Sales team for IN‑NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS) within the L7 – IN – LEGRAND division. This role focuses on generating recent business and expanding existing accounts by partnering with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants to deliver comprehensive electrical and digital solutions that meet project specifications and sales targets.

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new project prospects across the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility and compliance.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales initiatives.
Provide pre‑sales technical support and product demonstrations as needed.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast data in CRM systems.




Coordinate project handover to implementation teams ensuring smooth transition.
Report sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.

Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in electrical, digital, or building systems.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in project‑based environments.
Established network of contacts with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
Solid understanding of electrical and digital system specifications and industry standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
