Position Summary

The Communications Specialist - Analyst II serves as an extension of the HR Communications team, supporting the development and execution of communications that help employees and leaders understand key HR programs, initiatives, priorities, and changes.

This role is responsible for developing explicit, audience-appropriate written communications, creating communication and cascade plans, and coordinating functional communication plans from initial request through delivery. The Communications Specialist partners closely with U.S.-based HR Communications, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and other HR stakeholders to translate business needs into thoughtful, coordinated communications.

The role independently manages defined communication assignments and workstreams, maintains visibility to communication calendars and deadlines, and helps ensure messages are accurate, consistent, timely,



and aligned to broader HR priorities. Success requires solid writing and editing skills, attention to detail, project-management discipline, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across geographies and time zones.

• Draft, edit, and coordinate written communications supporting HR programs, initiatives, processes, and priorities.
• Develop transparent and concise communications for employee, leader, and HR audiences.
• Translate complex HR information into accessible, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Develop communications such as announcements, emails, leader messages, talking points, FAQs, toolkits, presentations, and related materials.
• Edit and proofread communications for clarity, consistency, accuracy, tone, grammar, and alignment with established standards.
