We are seeking a customer-focused and data-driven Portfolio Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, helping clients maximize the value of our solutions and achieve their business objectives.

As a trusted advisor, you will build robust customer relationships through digital and virtual engagement, drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with customers' business goals.

• Drive product adoption and support customers in achieving desired outcomes.

• Engage regularly with customers through digital and virtual interactions.

• Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, product usage, and renewal risks.





• Proactively identify and resolve customer challenges while uncovering growth opportunities.

• Partner with Product, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and enhance the customer experience.

• Collaborate with Sales on renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.

• Share industry insights and best practices to help customers succeed.

• Maintain accurate customer data and activity records within CRM platforms

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.

• Proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts.

• Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with experience conducting virtual customer engagements.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and generate actionable insights.

• Experience working with CRM and customer success platforms in a SaaS workplace.
