Role

As a TM/Line In charge – you will be a part of Maintenance Engine Plant department and your role will be to implement maintenance activities to achieve zero failure in NEP/Al phase/Gear/HT/Steel phase

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• To manage customer satisfaction (Production) by providing break down free machine shop for smooth running of machines

• To optimize repair & maintenance (R & M) cost of machine shop Engine plant as per the given targets.

• To maintain spare parts inventory of Engine plant as per the given targets.

• Timely execution of MS Project for prevention approach before occurrence of failure on machine.

• To implement 7 steps of plant maintenance to achieve zero break down

• To involve sub- ordinates in projects assigned in Quality Circle

• To execute all safety related parameters to achieve zero injury target

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E ( Electrical /Electronics)

5- 10 years’ experience of CNC, PLC controls.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Electrical Troubleshooting and PLC Knowledge

• Knowledge of Fanuc India, Siemens, Mitshubishi, Pari, Widia

• Overhauling of machines as per schedule

• Blueprints, Schematics, and Technical Manuals Literacy

• Industrial Hydraulics and Pneumatics

• Knowledge of robotics & Automation

Behavioural Skills

• Problem analysis & solving

• Positive Interpersonal skill & IR Management.

• Should be Creative and result oriented.
