We are looking for a Revit Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in BIM modeling and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and project teams.

Responsibilities:
Create and develop detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction drawings.
Develop and modify Revit families as required.
Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Review models and drawings for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
Incorporate design revisions and maintain updated project models.
Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, and documentation requirements.
Assist with clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and project managers.
Deliver assigned modeling and documentation work within project deadlines.





Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Experience with Dynamo or Revit automation is an advantage.
Familiarity with international BIM standards is a plus.
