Role Description
The Customer Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bangalore Urban, responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with domestic and international customers. This role involves managing key accounts, understanding customer requirements,



coordinating with technical and production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. The Customer Relationship Manager will handle customer inquiries and complaints, oversee order status updates, and maintain accurate records in CRM or related systems. Daily activities include preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, supporting sales efforts, and regularly communicating product updates and service offerings. The role also includes gathering customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement or cross-selling, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
