Working within the Client Engagement Services Strategy and Programs team, you will support and drive organizational change initiatives that enable the successful adoption of strategic programs, process improvements, and technology transformations. You will partner with business, product, technology, and operational teams to develop and execute change management plans that drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes. In addition, you will provide project and program management support for key strategic initiatives, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution.
Role Description
• Support the development and execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans for cross-functional business transformation, process improvement, and technology initiatives.

• Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and change readiness evaluations to identify adoption risks, prospects, and required interventions throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain change management deliverables including change plans,



communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, training materials, and adoption strategies.

• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and project teams to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of current processes, tools, and ways of working.

• Coordinate and support change communications across stakeholder groups, ensuring messaging is timely, transparent, audience-appropriate, and aligned with project objectives.

• Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of training and enablement activities to prepare impacted teams for successful implementation and sustained adoption.

• Develop and track change success metrics, adoption KPIs, stakeholder feedback, and post-launch performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
