Role Overview

We are looking for high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager with a proven track record of GCC sales, enterprise acquisition and revenue generation.

We are looking for a true hunter who can identify and open new GCC accounts, build CXO-level relationships, create a strong pipeline and convert prospects into business.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new GCC / enterprise client acquisition for IT Services.
Identify, prospect and engage GCC Heads, CXOs, Business Leaders and decision-makers.
Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline from prospecting through closure.
Develop and execute account-specific GTM and business development strategies.
Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting → discovery → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → closure.




Drive revenue through new logos and strategic enterprise accounts.
Build long-term relationships with GCCs and enterprise customers.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in GCC / Enterprise IT Services Sales.
Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated current-logo acquisition.
Experience selling IT Services / Digital Engineering / Software Services / Cloud / AI & Data solutions.
Solid CXO and senior stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated sales target achievement and revenue ownership.
Experience with a reputed Tier-1 / Tier-2 IT Services / Technology Services company is highly preferred.
Existing GCC relationships / network will be a solid advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial skills.
