Your Role And Responsibilities
The IS Observability Event-Driven Automation Engineer is responsible for developing and supporting automation solutions, system integrations, and workflow orchestration capabilities that enhance operational efficiency through automated diagnostics and, where applicable, automated remediation. The role contributes to the effectiveness of IS Observability monitoring and event management services by improving data quality, reducing manual intervention, and accelerating incident resolution.
Working alongside senior architects and other engineers, this role contributes to automation initiatives that connect enterprise applications, IT Service Management platforms, data sources, cloud services, and operational systems.
The position provides a structured career-development path toward becoming a Senior Observability Automation Engineer through hands-on experience in software development, systems integration, event-driven architecture, automation engineering, and solution design.
This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with a solid technical foundation, a passion for learning, and a desire to grow into increasingly complex automation and integration responsibilities.
