Role Description The Territory Sales Manager role at Ayati Devices Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing sales activities within the assigned territory, identifying and pursuing new business prospects, and building strong relationships with clinicians, hospitals, and healthcare partners. The Territory Sales Manager will conduct product demonstrations of the diabetic foot screener, explain clinical and operational advantages, and provide ongoing support to customers.



Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, planning and executing territory strategies, collecting market feedback, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions. The role also requires organizing and supporting training sessions for customers and participating in conferences, workshops, and other promotional events as needed.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including territory planning, pipeline management, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Training customers or internal teams on products or solutions, preferably in a healthcare or medical device context.
• Knowledge of healthcare or medical devices, especially in diabetes care, is highly beneficial.
