We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding clients’ property requirements, presenting suitable properties, and closing sales while maintaining solid customer relationships.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and other sources.
Understand customers’ property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Present and explain available residential/commercial properties to prospective clients.
Arrange and conduct property visits and site inspections.
Negotiate prices and terms with customers and assist in closing deals.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, builders, developers, and legal/finance teams when required.
Stay updated on property projects, market trends, pricing, and competitors.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
