Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Mentor junior team members to foster qualified growth and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of platform solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
Strong understanding of enterprise platform architectures and transformation methodologies.
Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value
