Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS ERP Security professional with 3–8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP security operations and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FSCM and HCM security, Oracle Cloud Security Console, user access administration, roles and data security, AOR, HDL, SOD, access reviews, Oracle BI/OTBI security, and Oracle Risk Management Cloud. The role will focus on day-to-day security operations, access governance, quarterly updates, audit and compliance support, incident management, and coordination with business, functional, technical, and information security teams.
Skill / Qualifications• 3–8 years of experience in Oracle SaaS / Cloud ERP Security in an operate or production support setting.
• Strong experience with Oracle FSCM and HCM Security.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Security Console.
• Experience managing custom roles, data roles, security profiles, user access, data security contexts, and profiles.
• Experience with Area of Responsibility (AOR) assignments and HCM Data Loader (HDL)

• Experience in quarterly update impact analysis, regression support, periodic access reviews, security audits, and SOD analysis.
• Experience securing Oracle BI / OTBI reports, data models, subject areas, and analyses.
• Robust understanding of Oracle application security, cloud security risks, business process flows, and risk management.
• Experience working in ticket-based production support models with SLAs, including incident, problem management, and RCA.
• Experience supporting SOX controls, audits, risk identification, and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
• Knowledge of Oracle GRC/RMC – AAC, AFC, and FRC is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation/support and PL/SQL troubleshooting is preferred.
• Automation/scripting experience for access reviews, audit evidence, role extracts, and recurring security activities is an advantage.
