What you'll own:

We are seeking an APQP Program Quality Engineer to drive APQP discipline through our battery, product, and integration programs — ensuring every design and process quality step is genuinely validated, participating directly in RCA during builds, and collaborating on service Fault Tree Analysis documentation.

The ideal candidate is process-solid,



comfortable driving a program rather than just auditing it, and wants to be in the room for RCA and builds rather than reviewing reports after the fact.

What you'll do:

APQP Process Ownership

• Own and track APQP gate readiness across battery, product, and integration programs (POC through SOP+)
• Ensure DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, and DVP steps are genuinely validated, not just filed, before gate sign-off
• Flag skipped or shallow validation to the Function Lead before it compounds into a later-stage problem

Program Quality Driving

• Sit embedded inside the battery, product, and integration program team as the process quality anchor
• Track quality action items across the program timeline and drive them to closure
• Coordinate quality checkpoints across design, process, and integration workstreams

RCA & Build Participation

• Participate directly in RCA during builds — proto, pilot, and production
• Apply structured R
