Inspect vehicles during and after service/repair to ensure quality workmanship.
Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Verify that all jobs mentioned in the repair order are completed correctly.
Identify technical issues, improper repairs, fitment problems and workmanship defects.
Conduct road tests where required to verify vehicle performance.
Check vehicle systems, components, warning indicators and overall functionality.
Ensure that repairs are carried out according to prescribed OEM standards.
Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to rectify identified issues.
Re-inspect vehicles after rectification to ensure proper completion.
Verify that the vehicle is clean and ready for customer delivery.
Ensure that no pending or unapproved work remains before delivery.
Maintain quality inspection records and report recurring defects.
Support the workshop team in reducing repeat repairs and customer complaints.
Follow all workshop safety, quality and environmental procedures.
Escalate major technical or quality concerns to the Workshop/Service Manager.
