Job Role: Picker and Packer
Location: Mumbai (Multiple locations available)
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 / month (depending on experience and shifts)

Job Overview
We are looking for an active and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for scanning, picking, and securely packing orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Picking: Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or handheld RF scanners.
Packing: Inspect items for damage, verify order accuracy, and securely pack items into boxes or bags.
Labeling: Print and stick shipping labels and invoices onto packages correctly.
Inventory Handling: Assist in loading/unloading goods and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: 10th pass or 12th pass (Higher Secondary).
Skills: Basic reading and writing skills (English/Hindi) to understand order sheets.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift light-to-medium packages throughout the shift.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in e-commerce or warehouse setups (like Amazon, Flipkart, or Zepto) is a plus.
