Role Description This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Real Estate Sales qualified will identify and qualify leads, conduct property presentations and site visits, and support clients through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure. Daily responsibilities include managing a portfolio of listings, preparing and updating property information,



coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The role involves negotiating offers, assisting with documentation, staying current on local market trends and regulatory requirements, and providing responsive, professional customer service. The position requires active engagement with clients in person, over phone, and through digital channels to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong relationships.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess core real estate expertise, including knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, local market dynamics, and transaction processes.
