This position will require flexibility with working hours as the position will recruit in India as well as globally. Hours of work could require the successful applicant to commonly work 1:30pm to 10:00pm IST.





This role is a hybrid position and the successful applicant will have to work both from Pythian's Hyderabad office as well as from their home.

What you will be doing:
• Develop and execute global sourcing and recruitment strategies, with a robust emphasis on expanding Pythian’s technical teams.
• Proactively identify and engage high-caliber passive talent across international markets utilizing networks, industry communities, and targeted outreach.
• Implement and execute sourcing programs to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Manage multiple requirements, review candidate profiles, screen resumes, conduct pre-screens and update candidate pipeline progress in Pythian’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Mine our ATS to identify candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Stay up to date on competitive market information, current employment websites, and research and recommend additional recruiting resources and recruitment marketing avenue
