Job Description: Linux Architecture
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems.
This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications.
The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and supports continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall service quality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system uptime.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service disruptions.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Linux Architecture.
Solid knowledge of system administration, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Linux environments.
Experience with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to track system performance and detect anomalies.
Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose complex technical issues.
Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices within Linux-based systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Linux Architecture.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required."
