As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands setting and maintaining development standards while ensuring that the software solutions meet business goals in terms of scalability, performance, and quality.



Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of technical approaches are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform across development, testing, and production environments in both on-premises and cloud POD management in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Manage user accounts, roles, licenses, and access controls to ensure secure and effective platform usage.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular health checks to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Coordinate and execute platform upgrades, patches, and migrations in collaboration with internal teams and Dassault Systemes support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and operational workflows.
• Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and integration issues.
