Role Description The Human Resources Manager intern will support the full range of HR activities for Cook N Klean’s in office operations in Bhopal. This internship role includes assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting training and development initiatives for cleaning and culinary staff. The intern will help implement HR policies, support performance management processes,



and contribute to employee engagement and welfare programs that reflect the company’s culture of respect and support. Day-to-day responsibilities may also involve coordinating schedules for training, helping address basic employee queries, and preparing HR reports and documentation under the guidance of senior HR personnel.
