Position Summary

The Associate II - Transformation supports HR Transformation & Analytics by designing, building, testing, and maintaining software solutions, internal tools, integrations, automations, APIs, and digital capabilities that improve HR processes and analytics enablement. This role partners with product owners, business analysts, DevOps engineers, data teams, QA partners, and HR stakeholders to deliver secure and maintainable solutions.

The role is responsible for application development, code quality, technical documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement of assigned software components. Success requires engineering fundamentals, collaboration, secure development practices, and responsible use of AI-assisted coding tools.

Responsibilities





Software Development & Maintenance

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain software components, scripts, APIs, automations, or internal applications for HR Transformation & Analytics use cases.
• Translate user stories and technical requirements into working software according to coding standards and architecture guidance.
• Support enhancements, defect fixes, performance improvements, and production support for assigned applications or services.

Testing, Documentation & Quality

• Write or support unit tests, integration tests, technical documentation, code comments, and implementation notes.
• Participate in code reviews, defect triage, release preparation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Follow secure coding, version control, deployment, accessibility, and maintainability standards.

Stakeholder & Engineering Partnership

• Partner with business analysts, product owners, UX/visualization part
