Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-oriented Steward/ Captain to join our fine dining restaurant in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, qualified etiquette, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally.

• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.

• Ensure tables are set up properly before and after service.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.

• Follow restaurant policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fine dining restaurant.

• Communication: Fluent in English.

• Skills: Valuable interpersonal skills, etiquette, and customer service skills.

• Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable.

• Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
