Job RoleWe are looking for a smart, responsible and proactive Female HR Recruiter to manage recruitment, employee coordination and basic HR operations for our growing digital printing business.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for operators, designers, front-office staff, sales, production and support staff.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media and local recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate candidate interviews with management.
Maintain a database of candidates and follow up until joining.
Prepare and maintain employee records, joining documents and attendance.
Coordinate employee onboarding and basic induction.
Monitor employee punctuality, attendance and leave.
Follow up with employees regarding work discipline and company policies.
Support management in handling employee issues and communication.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Prepare basic HR reports on recruitment, attendance and employee status.




Help build a continuous recruitment pipeline so vacancies can be filled quickly.
Candidate RequirementsFemale candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Positive telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
Positive attitude, professional appearance and good coordination skills.
Experience in recruitment for SMEs, printing, manufacturing or service businesses will be an advantage.
