Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant Compensation & Benefits | 10+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Workforce Compensation and Global Advantages to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support global total rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefits implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Configure and manage Workforce Compensation processes including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock allocations, budget pools, compensation worksheets, approval hierarchies, and executive workflows.
Design and administer Perks programs, plans, plan types, options, eligibility profiles, life events, and open enrollment cycles.
Configure global and Middle East-specific total rewards programs, including allowances, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits.
Ensure seamless integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and third-party benefits providers.
Develop OTBI reports, dashboards, functional design documents, and support UAT activities.
Partner with HR, Compensation,



Benefits, Payroll, and technical teams to drive solution adoption and business outcomes.

Experience configuring Total Remuneration Statements.
Experience with Middle East gratuity, end-of-service benefits, local allowances, and regional perks programs.
Experience supporting global multi-country Oracle Cloud HCM deployments.
