Role Description The Franchise Development Executive is a full time, on-site position based in Haveli. This role is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential franchise partners, managing the end-to-end franchise onboarding process, and supporting franchisees in meeting operational and performance standards. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing business proposals,



coordinating with internal teams for approvals, and monitoring franchise performance against agreed targets. The position also involves maintaining strong relationships with franchise owners, providing guidance on business planning and local sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with Appan Courier’s brand, service quality, and compliance requirements.
