Job SummaryWe are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to handle invoice processing and payment-related activities for the Renault manufacturing operations at Oragadam. The candidate should have good knowledge of SAP and Accounts Payable processes.
Major ResponsibilitiesHandle invoice booking in SAP accurately and within the required timelines.
Perform invoice validation by checking invoice details, supporting documents, PO/GRN and applicable tax information.
Carry out invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
Process invoice payments as per company procedures and payment schedules.
Verify invoices before booking and ensure proper approvals are available.
Coordinate with vendors, purchase, stores and internal finance teams for invoice-related queries.
Follow up on pending invoices,



discrepancies and payment-related issues.
Maintain proper records of invoices and payment transactions.
Prepare and maintain MIS/reports related to invoice processing and payments.
Ensure compliance with company finance and accounting procedures.
Required SkillsSAP knowledge is mandatory.
Good understanding of Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
Knowledge of invoice booking, validation and reconciliation.
Positive understanding of PO, GRN and invoice matching.
Valuable MS Excel skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a manufacturing/automotive setting.
QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in Automotive / Manufacturing companies preferred.
Experience in SAP-based invoice processing will be highly preferred.
Male candidates only.
Candidates who can work from the Oragadam, Chennai location are preferred.
