MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities
Visit construction sites, residential projects, builders, contractors, and potential customer locations.
Meet customers and understand their requirements for home construction and tiles.
Explain and promote different types of tiles, flooring solutions, and home construction products.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain valuable relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and customers.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.




Prepare regular reports on site visits, leads, and customer follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduation.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field sales and frequent site visits.
Basic knowledge of construction/tiles is an advantage.
Should have a positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
