We are looking for an experienced CRM for our Car Detailing business. The candidate should have positive communication skills and a robust understanding of automotive detailing services. Must know English and Kannda,Telugu, Hindi,Tamil preferred.
Positive customer handling and communication skills.
Knowledge of Ceramic Coating, PPF (Paint Protection Film), Sunfilm, Graphene Coating and Car Washing/Detailing.
Should be able to explain detailing packages, pricing and benefits to customers.
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and bookings.
Coordinate with the detailing team and ensure smooth customer service.
