Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Aye Finance Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Raxaul. The Relationship Manager is responsible for sourcing and managing clients in the small and micro enterprise segment,
including identifying prospective customers, explaining loan products, and supporting them through the application and documentation process. This role involves conducting field visits, assessing business viability, collecting and verifying customer information, and ensuring accurate data entry into internal systems. The Relationship Manager will maintain ongoing relationships with borrowers, monitor repayment behavior, and proactively address customer queries and issues.
